Sainipura village derives its name historically from the
predominance of the Saini community that settled here.
The Saini community has traditionally been known for
horticulture and hard work, which played a significant
role in shaping the village’s identity.
At present, the village is led by its Sarpanch,
Mrs. Santosh. As a woman Sarpanch, she is giving special
attention to women empowerment, girls’ education, and
village cleanliness (Swachhata), ensuring inclusive and
sustainable development.
Socially, Sainipura has a very cultured, disciplined,
and peaceful community environment. The residents are
hardworking and place great importance on education.
Agriculture forms the backbone of the village economy.
Farmers here practice traditional agriculture along
with vegetable cultivation and horticulture. The fertile
soil of the village, combined with the farmers’ experience,
ensures good agricultural productivity. Social harmony
and brotherhood are strong, and the entire village comes
together like one family to celebrate religious and
cultural festivals.
The youth of Sainipura are increasingly pursuing technical
and higher education and are contributing their skills
in different parts of the country. With a balance of
traditional values and modern thinking, Sainipura stands
as a progressive and harmonious rural village.
