Haibatpur is an ancient and historically significant village located in the Narnaund region of Hansi district, Haryana. The word “Haibat” in old languages signifies influence, dignity, and respect, which is believed to reflect the personality of the village’s powerful ancestors or founders.

Currently, the village is led by its Sarpanch, Mr. Rajmal. Under his capable leadership, special attention is being given to improving basic infrastructure, including modern drainage systems and the beautification of village streets, ensuring a cleaner and more organized living environment.

Socially, Haibatpur is known for its strong, fair, and disciplined social structure. The people are recognized throughout the region for their simplicity, honesty, and straightforward nature. Agriculture remains the primary occupation of the villagers.
